It also arrived with a noticeable scratch on the side. Overall, it™™s pretty expensive for the quality you™™re getting. Definitely not worth the price.

I bought this fridge and it never worked correctly since day one. everything in the crispers froze while the top shelf was at about 45 F. Despite lowering the setting to one snowflake it continued to freeze . After throwing out all the frozen vegetables and five visits from the repair technician I gave up and after a complaint and contacting the executive office of whirlpool the fridge was replaced with a new one. Our first fridge had an ice maker and water dispenser. The replacement fridge did not. We ended up with the same fridge without the extra features but no reimbursement for the price difference. But at least our replacement fridge works correctly.

No contact information at all. Most anything should last more than 6 months. Lost at least $300 of food and all of the Christmas food I had prepared and put in freezer. Stay away from this one.

This is the second refrigerator,same model,the last one lasted approximately 12 years with some minor issues. The biggest issue I have is that the drawer mostly the one on the top left sticks and the track gets hung up and if the same thing happens as the last refrigerator it won™™t be long before it gets stuck and hung up. I also thought the price was a bit high and I only chose the same one because like many others I was limited on size and color ps the drawer is starting to stick and I am not over loading it.

Love the french door style - much easier to get at things and the adjustable shelf is exactly what I was looking for to fit taller juice bottles /milk jugs. We are finding the freezer is quite a good size . Our only negative comment was that we needed this in BLACK and we had to wait over 7 months to get it! NOT EVERYONE wants stainless steel lol.

I™™ve had this fridge for two weeks and already experiencing many problems. We had the same one prior for 10 years without any issues. First, the fridge arrived and was assembled with the doors uneven. We reached out to whirlpool and they offered a discount. Since then, the fridge leaks water from the dispenser and also does not make ice. We had a technician come out to assess the issue and we were advised that the fridge was not assembled correctly and they are missing a piece. That part is now on back order and we have been given to choice but to wait. This is extremely disappointing as the previous fridge gave us no issues. We don™™t need like customer service is being helpful as they are just asking us to wait for the part.

DO NOT BUY!! This fridge died after 3 weeks as the compressor quit. Whirlpool has been no help and after 2 months the broken fridge is still in my house with no refund. The part repair guy told me there are no parts but Whirlpool told us we had to wait 3 weeks incase the unavailable part comes available. Then after they could not get the part they told me there would be someone to come pick it up and that was 3 weeks ago and still nobody scheduled. They told me I could dispose of it but I would have to pay for it. Customer service is terrible and not helpful at all and has defrauded me the amount of the fridge. If you go with them pray to god nothing breaks.

The placement of the shelves is not good. There is little space between them, and only a tiny space is available for a taller pitcher or 2 liter bottle, and then only if you give up some of the shelf space. (Part of one shelf slides back to create the taller space) The water filter takes up too much room as well.

My new black refrigerator was delivered today. I am somewhat disappointed in the quality of the shelves and crisper drawers. The drawers are difficult to open and close and the smaller one does not close all the way. This seems to defeat the moisture control feature of the drawers. I expected better quality from a refrigerator that cost over $2,000. I was also surprised that the refrigerator did not have an ice dispenser on the door. Really sloppy. Poor fit and finish. Doors out of alignment and can not adjust per instructions. Bad assembly Quality too. Freezer fan Iced up and almost burned out after only one week of operation, had to use a heat gun to melt all the ice that formed in the fan housing before it burned out. Had to wait over 8 months to receive unit because of production hold. Several dents on unit that were not visible when delivered. I realize we are in a tough time where it is difficult to hire and especially retain good workers but your quality control and assembly line workers really are careless. This will eventually sink your business if you don't improve. You should give me a free extended warranty because if the rest of this unit is as bad, it will be broken beyond repair long before it should be. The quality of this thing reminds me of the crappy cars Detroit made in the 70's. I will never buy another whirlpool appliance unless I have no choice. Should have bought a LG.

With only a 30 inch space we didn't think we could find a good refrigerator with enough space for our family. My wife likes side by sides and the French doors fit her expectations. I would give it 5 stars but once in a while the freezer drawer doesn't close correctly and you need to make sure the gasket is sealing

Nous aimons la qualitÃ du produit et le fini extÃrieur qui ne laisse pas ou peu d'empreintes de doigts. La tempÃrature de rÃfrigÃration et de congÃlation est parfaite (selon notre ajustement). Les compartiments sont bien rÃpartis.

Poor design

I bought this in August when my previous unit failed but there was no floor model, and many orders had a one to two month wait. The shelves are not halved, the door shelves are not convenient for tall bottles. Too much space is sacrificed to accommodate them. The bottom freezer divider isn™™t movable. The water filter doesn™™t last long enough given that I™™m a single person using it. The interior light is not bright enough. It does keep food cold. I hope that a redesign will happen.

Everything is good except the ice maker

We bought one in the summer of 2019. I wanted a French door fridge with ice that would work with the 30™ width. This is one of the only brands that makes one this small. The ice maker has been problematic since the beginning. First it would get stuck on the off position quite frequently. We just had to manually switch it on, so wasn™™t a huge problem. About 4 months ago the handle started falling off completely and we had to re-attach every time. Now, even if we re-attach the handle, it makes ice 24/7 and is always overflowing the freezer. We have to clean it out daily. I know ice makers can be problematic, but I thought it would at least last a few years.
