Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

25yrs sounds good

Ydna 11/23/2024

Purchased on: 12/13/2023 Had Commercial Whirlpool washer and drier units before these replacements for about 25 years and was very happy with them. They have been working fine until about June when the washer developed an issue. Or issues. it took 3 times to get it resolved, and 9 weeks without washer use. Had to walk in to ABT and personally speak with a service rep. that was great and very understanding. readjusted appointments and had a senior tech out in two days to go over the whole machine. In general one bad apple doesn't mean the rest are. I got 25 yrs out of my first set. So hopefully the bugs are fixed and I'll be good for the next 25!

Bad

George 10/17/2024

Terrible Service and Poor Product Quality I purchased a Whirlpool machine for $825, and it broke down after only three months. I contacted Whirlpool, and they sent a third-party company to repair it. I was charged $355 for the service, parts, and labor™€"nearly half the cost of the machine itself! After the repair, I was told that the part broke due to improper installation, and the repair company claimed they would report it to Whirlpool. Despite paying for the repair, when I contacted Whirlpool, they had no record of the issue and told me to call yet another company. Whirlpool has refused to credit my account, and now I™€™m forced to deal with the third-party repair company again or dispute the charges with my credit card. The customer service is terrible. I had to wait over an hour on hold, and sometimes the calls would disconnect. The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, I™€™m extremely disappointed with the quality of the machine and the complete lack of responsibility from Whirlpool. I would not recommend their products or services.

Poor Timer

Morine 9/14/2022

I have purchased this dryer on April 2021 and so far I have to replace the timer three times and now it seems like it is going to be the fourth time now. It will shut off after 45 minutes of drying for a few months consistently, (each replacement) then after that it just keep running for hours without stopping. So far I have paid for the repair service (not the parts) and it has cost me almost the same price I paid for the machine in less than a year. When I paid for this fourth service, it will definitely cost more than the cost of the dryer. I cannot allow my tenants use the machine without me knowing because I have to fiscally time it which is VERY inconvenient for me. My wish is for Whirlpool replace the entire dryer

Please read, mixed review - COVID Manufacturing ..

David 6/17/2022

Maybe this is a good purchase, but ... The timer in the Greenwald Coin Box was not properly assembled/adjusted. I purchased two dryers. On both of these, the timer was wrong. One machine would never shut off, ever, unless you opened the door, but it was still 100% on and easy to use by the clients. Just push the button and it would run. The other machine ran 1 hr 38 min on each cycle, not 45 minutes. Whirlpool commercial tech support told me to adjust the A-B switches, but they couldn't provide DOCUMENTATION regarding how or why to adjust them, or what the setting should be. The last tech I spoke with told me to adjust the buttons to match each other. I just knew that was wrong. Eventually I got a brochure from Greenwald Industries that showed the function of the buttons and how they should be adjusted. It took me 8 hrs to adjust the 2 machines because the timer runs on a 60hz synchronous motor. Every time I made an adjustment it would take 45 minutes to test it out. I couldn't work on both of the machines at the same time until I knew I could make one of them work. By the way, the A button turns of the cycle. The B button should trigger about 3 minutes ahead of that in order to cool down the heater. Also, out of 5 machines delivered, 3 had shipping damage. Not Whirlpools fault on that issue, but still disappointing. So, I bought the machines because they looked nice and I think they are nice. It would have been much better of they were properly built and tested, and then delivered without shipping damage.
